2.2. Content Creation

  • Researching and planning content according to the agreed strategy.
  • Creating graphic designs, videos, and captions aligned with your branding.
  • Scheduling and publishing content on selected platforms.

2.3. Digital Advertising (Social Media Ads Management)

  • Creating and managing social media ads.
  • Optimizing ads based on performance and target audience.
  • Providing analytical reports on ad performance at specified intervals.

2.4. Reporting & Evaluation

  • Providing performance reports (growth, engagement, reach, etc.).
  • Evaluating and recommending strategies based on data analysis.

3. Client’s Rights and Responsibilities

3.1. Client’s Rights

  • Full access to the social media accounts being managed.
  • Receiving performance reports as scheduled.
  • Requesting revisions within the agreed limitations.
  • Terminating services as per the cancellation policy.

3.2. Client’s Responsibilities

  • Providing necessary materials and information for content creation (logos, product images, etc.).
  • Granting access to social media accounts (if required) while ensuring data security.
  • Not requesting the creation or publication of content that violates laws, copyrights, or platform policies.
  • Making timely payments as agreed.

4. Our Rights and Responsibilities

4.1. Our Rights

  • Using certain created content as part of our portfolio (unless an NDA agreement is in place).
  • Terminating services if the client violates the agreed terms.
  • Adjusting content strategies based on platform algorithm changes.

4.2. Our Responsibilities

  • Delivering services according to the agreed scope.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of client information and data.
  • Providing periodic performance reports as per the agreement.

5. Payment and Service Fees

  • Payment must be made in advance before the service begins.
  • Service pricing is based on the selected package and may change with prior notice.
  • If payment is delayed beyond [X days], services may be suspended.
  • Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except under specific conditions agreed upon in advance.

6. Content Changes & Revisions

  • We do not guarantee an increase in followers, engagement, or sales as results may vary.
  • We are not liable for platform policy or algorithm changes that may affect content performance.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice to the client.
  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes made.
